  • How do I book with you?

    Please reach out to us via our contact form including important information like the item(s) you are interested in, the date(s) you need the for, or any other questions or concerns! We will reach back out and confirm all of the details, including payment, date(s), and if those items are available. The last step would be to sign the contract!

  • Do you accept deposits?

    For orders totaling $100 or more, a 25% non refundable security deposit is expected at the time of signing. The deposit holds the date and goes towards your total. The full payment is due 10 days prior to your event.

    For orders totaling less than $100, full payment is due at time of signing. Total does include 25% non refundable security deposit in case of cancellations or rescheduling.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule?

    We kindly ask that you reach out to us, whether by phone or email, at least 48 hours prior to your event. Paperwork will need to be signed confirming cancellations or any changes.

    At that point, we can refund any payments made if you are cancelling, other than the deposit. If you are rescheduling, we do ask you to provide another security deposit for the new date in mind, but we can credit any other payments made for the original date to the new date.

  • What do I do if I'm looking for something specific but you don't have that item?

    That’s alright! We are always looking to expand our inventory! Please still reach out to us via our contact form with what you are interested in potentially renting as well as the date(s) in mind. We may ask for a photo to determine the exact product you are interested in renting. If we are able to procure the item in time for your event, we will be able to rent it to you!

  • Do you do delivery or do I pick up/drop off?

    We offer both options!

    If you would like us to deliver and pick up: We will discuss the event location prior to signing the contract. There will be a delivery fee which is dependent on where the event is located at. Delivery and pick up times are allowed between 9am and 7pm. Items will be inspected at the time of pickup or right after. Please note that certain items are delivery only, which will be noted in the description of the item.

    If you would like to pick up/drop off: We will discuss where we are located prior to signing the contract. Pick up/drop off times are allowed between 9am and 7pm. Items will be inspected at the time of drop off or right after.

  • What if my party ends after the allotted pickup/drop off times?

    That’s no problem! We don’t charge any overnight fees! If that is the case, please notify us prior to signing the contract so we may schedule a drop off time the next day between 9am and 10am, if the item is not already booked for the next day.

    If the item(s) are already booked for the next day, unfortunately we will require the item(s) to be returned by 7pm, the day of your event.

    Not returning the items by 7pm or, (depending if approved beforehand), 10am will result in us charging the rental fee for each item.

  • Can I rent for multiple days?

    Yes of course! Please let us know for how many days you are interested in so we may provide you an accurate quote!

    Delivery or pickup/drop off times still apply.

  • Do you offer set up?

    Yes we do! Certain items need to be set up by us to ensure that they will be used correctly. If that is the case, that will be noted in the description of the item and the price will already includes set up. For other items, there may be an additional set up fee that will be added to your total prior to signing the contract.

    If you are not interested in set up for items that do not include it, that is alright! We can still deliver or have you pick up the item in its packaging! The item will need to be repackaged at time of pick up or when you drop off.

  • What happens if I damage or break an item that I am renting?

    Part of the contract signing does include a credit card authorization form. Depending on the damage, we may charge you the amount to either clean, repair, or even completely replace the item in question. If that is the case, we will notify you the exact amount that is being charged as well as the reason why. If there is no need for us to charge you, we do not hold onto your information!
